Lil Durk’s authorized troubles are removed from over. The rapper, born Durk Derrick Banks, has been in custody since October 2024 following his arrest for an alleged murder-for-hire scheme. Prosecutors declare he instructed members of his entourage to fly from Chicago to Los Angeles in 2022 with the intent to kill rapper Quando Rondo. Now, new developments within the case reveal that Durk’s protection staff is pushing to have the costs dismissed. To ensure the basic fairness of this trial, the defense is entitled to know.”
