Lil Durk’s Legal Team Fights To Dismiss Murder-For-Hire Case


Lil Durk’s authorized troubles are removed from over. The rapper, born Durk Derrick Banks, has been in custody since October 2024 following his arrest for an alleged murder-for-hire scheme. To ensure the basic fairness of this trial, the defense is entitled to know.”

Findling additionally criticized the indictment for omitting the important thing proof that connects his consumer to the act. “What the Indictment fails to tell us are the very things the defense is entitled to know: the ‘operative facts’ underlying the government’s theories of Mr. Banks’ guilt.
