The hip hop Film Festival is celebrating its tenth anniversary by bringing the warmth again to Harlem with its signature Master Cyphers — three days of high-energy, TED Talk-style periods designed to highschool unbiased creators on every little thing from movie enterprise technique to Afrofuturism.
