Bronx drill rapper DThang Gz, whose actual title is Daniel Collins, was granted modified bail with home arrest and digital monitoring on Friday (October 3) following a Miami courtroom listening to earlier than Judge Jason Bloch.

According to courtroom filings within the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida, Collins’s movement for modification of bond, filed October 1, was heard on October 3 at 12:51 p.m. Judge Bloch accredited the movement, ordering that Collins stay beneath full lockdown home arrest whereas carrying an digital monitor. The choice got here after Collins’s public defender argued that he was not a flight danger and had maintained constant courtroom appearances.

However, Collins’s bond was revoked after a September 28 arrest on third-degree felony counts of cocaine and hashish possession. Though no formal costs have been filed in that case.

Prosecutors alleged managed substances had been found in a car by which Collins was a passenger. His protection maintained that the substances had been present in areas past his possession. The arrest concerned no violence or contraband on his individual.

Following the courtroom’s ruling, Collins appeared to acknowledge the event on Instagram. In an IG story exhibiting his new ankle monitor, he teased an upcoming Twitch livestream.
