B.o.B (actual identify Bobby Ray Simmons Jr.) is going through civil allegations of sexual assault and false imprisonment following a live performance in San Diego.

He shuts down these allegations.

The incident allegedly occurred in a downtown San Diego resort suite after B.o.B’s April 2025 efficiency related to the Tequila & Taco/California Beer Festival. She alleges she was invited to an after-party by the artist’s staff and was later assaulted when left briefly alone with him. 

The submitting claims B.o.B’s spouse briefly entered the room through the encounter and was instructed to depart; the girl says she escaped when a supervisor knocked on the door.

In an announcement to XXL, legal professional Leron E. Rogers stated: “Our client… categorically denies the false allegations… This filing appears to be a calculated attempt to leverage publicity and extract a financial settlement… a baseless ‘money grab’… Out of respect for the individuals involved and for the integrity of the legal process, we will have no further comment at this time.”
