Hernandez Govan walked out of a Memphis courtroom Thursday (August 21), cleared of all fees within the Young Dolph homicide trial and declared he’s carried out with the town that, in his phrases, almost broke him.

Acquitted of first-degree homicide and conspiracy within the 2021 ambush that left the rapper lifeless inside a cookie store, Govan didn’t have a good time. Instead, he spoke of grief, remorse and a determined want for a brand new starting—particularly after dropping his daughter, rising rapper Lotta Cash Desto, in a deadly capturing simply weeks earlier than he was indicted.
