Boosie Badazz pleaded responsible in a federal gun case tied to a 2023 arrest and now faces as much as 15 years in jail.

Boosie Badazz pleaded responsible Tuesday (August 26) in a San Diego federal courtroom to a firearm cost stemming from a 2023 arrest that has stored the rapper entangled in authorized battles for greater than two years.

The Louisiana-born rapper admitted to being a felon in possession of a firearm, a federal offense that carries a most sentence of 15 years in jail.

The plea comes after a May 2023 site visitors cease the place officers found two weapons in a car Boosie was using in.

Initially dealing with state prices that have been later dropped, the case was picked up by federal prosecutors attributable to legal guidelines that bar convicted felons from proudly owning firearms.
