TMZ caught up with Amber Rose to debate her ideas on Nicki Minaj’s controversial appearance at Turning Point USA’s AmericaFest. According to Rose, the rapper’s pivot into conservatism shouldn’t be a problem for anybody. In her opinion, in actual fact, Minaj has the “right” to take action. “We live in a free country. She has the right to her own political opinion, just like everyone else does,” Rose tells TMZ.

She additionally believes that Minaj stated completely “nothing wrong” relating to her feedback on the queer neighborhood. “Why does anybody think that anybody over there [in the Trump administration] is homophobic? I’m not homophobic. My assistant has been with me for eleven years, he’s black and gay,” she says.
