Too $hort referred to as on Oakland to remain resilient after a string of violence that has rattled the town.

Too $hort used his platform throughout a dwell telethon to ship a robust message to Oakland residents, urging the town to not lose religion following a string of violent incidents and the private tragedy of his brother’s homicide.
